Document have been created from my experience when troubleshooting a large environment where an application hosted on VMware caused big performance issues for end-users.
Please use this document as an inspiration on how to approach. It will not cover every scenario but might still be useful. Recommendation is to keep track of changes and not implement too many at the same time.
