One word – Awesome! Attending the MVP Expert session along with 1000 attendees as speaker was nothing short of an awesome experience.

Kent, would you consider sharing the module you were using to import/export your collections to/from Excel (CTconfigMgr2012R2Automation)? That was amazing! Very nice work.
Thank you
I second that, that CTconfigMgr2012R2Automation would make my life alot easier at the moment
thanks
Terence
Clearly one of the best sessions at TechEd 2014.
Great session Kent, looking forward to seeing the scripts from the session. Really usefully.
thanks
Yes, I will be sharing the Excel Tool, just need to finish the cmdlet.
Kent, any progress with the Excel tool cmdlet?
Thanks
Kurt,
Good afternoon/morning. During TechEd US this year, you discussed collection creation. I had stopped by during a break and ask you if you would be putting together a “Collections – Best Practices” document. At the time, you indicated that you would do that. I am specifically interested in your approach to Software Update management. Thanks Kurt.
@Jon
I just finished my latest book (ISBN: 978-91-87445-08-8), in their I included my best practices for collections as we discussed @Teched. I haven’t had the time yet to include all of that in a blog post – but it’s on the list 🙂
Kent, does your book include the Excel module that you had in your TechEd session in Houston?
This tool will come in so handy when setting up multiple sites, thanks!
Just ordered your new book 🙂
