Have you had any issues metering visio? I created a very generic rule and it provides zero results. Other similar rules work just fine:

I saw a post on a blog stating that it’s necessary to specify a partial wildcard value for the version instead of just an open wildcard, but not sure it that’s the case. Thanks. Using 2012 R2 CU3
