Requirements Not Met ~ Program Rejected (wrong platform)…What Witchery is This?

Ran into a challenge yesterday that found me chasing apparitions into the SCCM DB and in the process, discovering some interesting insights into the fatal, Failed to download policy (Code 0x80004005) Task Sequence (TS) error.
